FumeCare provides SS 11 Fume cupboard testing for the issue of a Form12A for a Building Warrant of Fitness. Certification, along with a maintenance programme, is required annually and is paramount to a safe, functioning fume cupboard that is up to BWOF standard.
FumeCare provides an annual fume cupboard certification and maintenance package. We use high quality testing equipment and all results are recorded in a report to the client. Once the fume cupboard passes the required tests it is issued with the Form 12A and a certification sticker on the fume cupboard.
Testing of the fume cupboard consists of:
- Air Velocity Testing
- Smoke/Air Current Testing
- Light/Lux Testing
- Sound Testing
Certification also consists of a safety checklist of the features and surroundings of the fume cupboard.
